They formed in 1992 and are quickly signed by Century Media. In 1994, the band released their first record with Century Media, their four track EP Who Says Time Heals All Wounds, a question rendered as a statement. It was released as a CD in the States and as a 7" in Europe. The year after its release, the band embarked on a three week European tour. The band continued recording and
